IOGA Golf Tournament - Application to Play

Thank you for your interest in participating in this year’s IOGA golf tournament. The first step needed is for you to fill out the information requested below. Once the information is filled out and submitted, the committee will consider your request and notify you once a decision has been made on your application.

PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THE FOLLOWING:

  • Submitting an application DOES NOT guarantee you a spot

  • Participation in the previous year's tournament DOES NOT guarantee you a spot

  • Confirmed Major Sponsorships entries receive top priority, while General Sponsorships entries are prioritized according to when their completed registration and entry fees have been processed and confirmed

  • PAYMENTS MUST BE PAID/PROCESSED WITHIN 72 HOURS OF CONFIRMATION OF YOUR ACCEPTANCE (AN ELECTRONIC INVOICE WILL BE SENT TO YOU AFTER CONFIRMATION)

Participation Waiver: (Read below and acknowledge in your application form)

What’s included in a gold tournament participant waiver?

  • Release of liability: The participant agrees to release the tournament from any liability for injuries, property damage, or financial losses

  • Waiver of claims: The participant agrees not to sue the tournament for any claims related to the event

  • Indemnity: The participant agrees to indemnify the tournament for any claims

  • Assumption of risk: The participant acknowledges that golf is inherently risky

  • Acceptance of terms: The participant agrees to the terms of the waiver and understand they are giving up significant rights
