How do I register my team?

How do I make a hotel reservation?

Once you have been notified that your application has been approved, you will be emailed a link that will take you directly to our IOGA Group Block that contains discounted rates at Horseshoe Bay Resort. It will ask if you and/or your guest need a hotel room and it will give you options to select your preferences for the type of room you’d like to request. Upon receipt of your payment, we will process your registration. In order to receive the IOGA group rate, you must register through this process, not directly with the hotel.

Can I pay for my entry fee and sponsorship with a credit card?

Yes, once your team has been approved you will receive a detailed invoice via email. You have the option to pay by credit card via PayPal or by check. A 3% processing fee will be applied to all credit card charges. Alternatively, you can mail a check to IOGA at 911 Regional Park Drive, Houston, TX 77060.

What is the dress code for dinner?

Resort casual. Most men wear slacks or nice shorts with a golf shirt or button down. Most women wear sundresses or comfortable summer outfits.

Can children attend IOGA events?

No. Due to open bar access at all events, the Board of Directors has decided not to allow children in attendance.

Can I pass along my invitation to someone else within my organization in the event that I cannot make the tournament?

In order to maintain the integrity of the tournament, please do not pass along your invitation to another person. If a conflict does arise, please contact a board member or Karen Hammond at khammond@ntglobal.com so that an alternative resolution can be discussed.
